Why did a recipe import look incomplete?
Some recipe sites publish ingredients, steps, timing or notes in formats that are hard to read automatically. You can edit the recipe, and if you send the original link and what looked wrong, the source can be checked.
Which links can LinkDish import?
Public recipe web pages, YouTube videos and Shorts with the recipe in the description, TikTok videos with the recipe in the caption, and Pinterest pins that link to a recipe page. Public Facebook posts and reels work when Facebook allows access; otherwise paste the text or a screenshot. You can also scan photos or paste recipe text. Instagram links are not supported yet.
Where are personal saved recipes stored?
Personal saved recipes are stored on your device. Free includes up to 15 personal saved recipes, and paid plans include unlimited saves. Use backup and export to keep a copy or move to another device.
When do I need an account?
No account is required for the first 3 free recipe imports. You need to sign in to buy or restore a plan and to create, join or manage a LinkDish Family household.
How do I delete my account?
Delete it from Account in the app. If you can't access the app, send a Privacy or data request from the email address connected to the account. Store subscriptions are managed through Google Play or the App Store, and web subscriptions through the billing portal opened from LinkDish.
