Tell us what happened.

Include enough detail to reproduce the issue. The form sends directly to LinkDish support.

Good to know.

A few practical answers before you send a ticket.

What recipe links work best?

Public recipe pages work best. If a site blocks extraction, requires a login, or is temporarily unreachable, LinkDish may not be able to import it.

Why did a recipe import look incomplete?

Some recipe sites publish ingredients, steps, timing, or notes in formats that are hard to read automatically. Send the original link and what looked wrong so the source can be checked.

Where are saved recipes stored?

Saving recipes requires LinkDish Plus or Family. Personal saved recipes are stored on your device. If a saved recipe looks outdated or malformed after an app update, remove it and extract it again to refresh the content.

Do I need an account?

No account is required for the first 3 free recipe imports. Sign in is required to buy or restore a paid plan, save recipes, or create, join, or manage LinkDish Family household sharing.

How do I delete my account?

If you created a LinkDish account, you can delete it from Account in the app. If you cannot access the app, submit a privacy or data request with the email address used for the account.

Where can I read the privacy policy?

The LinkDish privacy policy is available at linkdish.ca/privacy/.
